1 Standard Returns Policy
1.1 If you are not happy with any item, then we will collect the item at your cost and provide you with a refund that will be subject to a restocking charge. The restocking charge will take into account the following considerations:
- Whether the item was customised or of a bespoke design or included a special option item;
- Whether Seegir considers a resale is viable;
- The re-saleable value of the item;
- The cost of collection of the item;
- Any damage or wear and tear to the product since initial delivery;
- The potential cost of any repairs and/or cleaning required
1.2 With this in mind, it is likely a minimum restocking charge of 50% of the order value will be applicable. This will be charged for any item and this may increase considerably depending on the above considerations and the associated costs.
2. Non-Delivery Returns Policy
2.1 Where we attempt delivery and due to the Customer's desired location, inaccessibility to this location or the inaccessibility of the access route to this location, the delivery is aborted and it is agreed that the item is not suitable, then we will refund the Customer subject to the restocking considerations outlined in 1 Standard Returns Policy above. 3 Right to Cancellation
3.1 If you are a consumer (that is a natural person who, when ordering, is acting outside his business) and you placed your order without ever viewing the product, seeing us at an exhibition or having other direct personal contact with us, and your order does not include any special option item, the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 give you a right to cancel your contract with us up to the end of the 7th working day after the day of delivery.
3.2 To exercise the right to cancel you must inform us in writing within that time limit. We will then arrange with you to collect the item for return to our warehouse at your cost. In the meantime you must take reasonable care of the item and not use it. The item must be in stock re-saleable condition. We will refund the money you have paid for the goods but not the cost of original delivery. If we refuse the item we will return it to you at your cost.
3.3 Otherwise, we reserve all our rights in law in respect of buyers who cancel or repudiate their contract including our right to retain a deposit.
4 Condition of returned goods
4.1 We ask that all items returned are re- packaged in the original packaging so when they are collected by us, they are in a re-saleable state. If, when an item is received back, it not in a sellable state, due to damage to the product you will not receive a refund. The item can be returned to you and you will be liable for the re-delivery charge.
4.2 If an item can be repaired in order to improve its condition and make it viable for re-sale, then you will be charged the cost of that repair.
